Licensed Associate Professional Counselor & Client Coordinator

On the outside, it may look like you have it all together. Others assume you're managing just fine, while on the inside you're carrying overwhelming stress, anxiety, or emotions that feel like they're about to explode. You struggle to identify your need or it feels like there’s not enough time in the day to tend to yourself or to feel your emotions. If you're exhausted from holding everything together, I’m your gal.

The patterns that keep us stuck didn't develop overnight. Sometimes, they began as ways of coping and surviving this wonky life. Your story is important. Whatever you’ve experienced, your story deserves to be heard. Dialectically, there is power in that story, and there are times when it can impact internal beliefs and shape how we navigate and experience life. I believe we are unique in our range and intensity of emotions. Sometimes emotions get big and make us act (or freeze) in ways we didn’t intend to or know ourselves to be. Sometimes we were never taught the skills to cope, or we can’t access skills in the moment. I aim to provide you with a space to safely explore your story and behavior patterns, so you can create change.

Together, we'll create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story and gain tools to build more authentic relationships with yourself and those around you. I view therapy as a collaborative and individualized process that honors your unique experiences and moves at your pace. I encourage you to invest in this journey, and view it as a path toward discovering yourself.

I’m a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and client coordinator here at K & K Holistic Counseling. I provide individual and group therapy, and complete initial screenings for prospective clients. I have training and experience in DBT, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and supporting individuals navigating reproductive trauma, including infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF, abortion, and other complex reproductive experiences. I’m passionate about helping individuals develop tools to navigate relational pain, trauma, communication breakdowns, family conflict, emotion dysregulation, and life transitions with greater authenticity and self-compassion.

When I’m not doing therapy, you can usually find me gardening with my golden retriever, Nemo, crafting, curled up with a cozy game, or watching something (literally anything from documentaries, sci-fi, to reality tv). I'm an avid whale watcher, a loyal Eagles fan, and a music-loving gal who appreciates balance and connection. I believe our interests and passions help shape who we are, and I enjoy bringing authenticity, warmth, and humor into my work with clients.
