Life is messy— a truth that can be both exhilarating and challenging. As we navigate its twists and turns, we all need support, honest feedback, and a space to feel seen and heard. I believe therapy offers exactly that.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach balances warmth, authenticity, directness, and humor to encourage insight, growth, and lasting change.
I am passionate about working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. I also have unique experience working with trauma survivors and am a Certified Grief Educator, trained by David Kessler and Grief.com. I believe that when we take the time to understand both our internal world and relationships with others, we create opportunities for deeper healing and lasting change.
I utilize a relational, non-pathologizing, integrative approach drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In practice, this means we will work together to connect the mind and body, build skills to regulate your nervous system, approach your experiences with curiosity rather than judgement, and clarify your values to guide your life moving forward.
Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative process. While I bring clinical knowledge and experience, you are the expert on your own life. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you deepen your self-understanding, navigate life's challenges, and create a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.
